General Terms

bjee is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions described below.

bjee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such modification takes effect will be considered automatic acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

Membership & Account

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account on bjee. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. bjee may request an identity document or other supporting documents at any time for age verification.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may open only one bjee account. Creating more than one account under the same name, on the same device, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, all associated accounts may be closed and the related funds may be confiscated.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of account registration. If an account is opened with false information, or if information is later altered, bjee reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account.

2.4 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, go to the bjee Login page immediately and contact the support team.

2.5 Account Closure

bjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice or reason, particularly in cases of a breach of these terms. Members may also request account closure at any time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bjee supports only the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Major commercial banks in Bangladesh (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. There is no specific maximum limit, however bjee may require additional verification for large transactions for security and compliance purposes.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours, though bank transfers may take somewhat longer.

3.4 Third-Party Accounts

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is not permitted.

3.5 Wagering Obligations

Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements may result in the cancellation of the associated bonus.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bjee offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus up to ৳10,000. This bonus is available only once and applies to the first deposit only.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing (1,000 × 25 = 25,000).

4.3 Bonus Violations

bjee reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a bonus in any of the following situations:

• A bonus is claimed from multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds are transferred to another person.
• Opposing bets are placed on low-risk products with the intent to abuse the bonus.
• A bonus is incorrectly awarded due to a technical error or unintended circumstances.

4.4 Other Promotions

bjee may run various promotions from time to time, including cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, which will be detailed on the promotions page.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is finally confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. bjee reserves the right to cancel or reassess a bet in the event of a technical error, network disruption, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Sports Betting

bjee offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Odds may change after a market is opened. If an error is found in the odds displayed by bjee, the relevant bet may be recalculated at the correct odds or cancelled.

5.3 Live Casino & Slots

bjee's live casino and slot games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and others). Game outcomes are determined by the respective provider's RNG (Random Number Generator).

5.4 Technical Errors

bjee is not liable for losses resulting from server outages, internet connection issues, or game software errors. In such cases, the relevant round or bet may be cancelled and the bet amount may be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjee platform and are treated as punishable offences:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal or non-transparent sources.
• Using artificial or pre-planned betting strategies for the purpose of harvesting bonuses.
• Attempting to hack, cheat, or manipulate gaming software.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be confiscated.
